2010

As the last few hours of 2010 drift by, we have found ourselves to have had the busiest year so far, dealing with 100 calls since the beginning of April. Our year runs from April to March. Our previous busiest year was 102 calls, but we still have another 3 months to run. Since we started we have been called upon over 460 times.




Recent Bad weather

In the recent bad weather our 4 wheel drive vehicle proved invaluable getting us to calls, we visited places we did not even know existed, as Ambulance Control sent us to places further from our normal area. Our new Satnav was very useful on some of these calls. The most difficult part sometimes was actually getting to our vehicle in the first place.
